Faith is a consultant in the change space, specializing in organizational development, design thinking, systems thinking, and participatory leadership practices. She champions strengths-based methodologies and the principles of democratic design to repair relationships and structures in our organizations and communities. She has a passion for bringing an enlightened vision of systems, design, and community engagement to transform and reinvent our daily work. She is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University Masters in Positive Organizational Development & Change program, and The Evergreen State College Masters in Public Administration program.
Carol lives and breathes collaborative change in her many roles as consultant, professor, author, practitioner, mentor, minister, wife, mother, granny, and friend. Most recently, Carol has integrated all of these facets as Associate Editor of the Collaborative Change Library: Transforming Organizations, Revitalizing Communities, Developing Human Potential. It is on app/platform, a living body of knowledge. It serving today’s champions, practitioners and students of collaboration, change, and innovation. Carol brings more than 35 years of corporate, consulting, academic and not-for profit experience supporting individuals, organizations and communities in development and transformation. She is recognized as a technology pioneer integrating people, process and technology through learning and as the author of Performance Through Learning: Knowledge Management in Practice, several book chapters and academic articles.
David is a management consultant, educator and executive coach with expertise in advancing entrepreneurial thinking and innovation leadership to deepen social impact and engagement and strengthen operational performance. His work focuses on leadership development and coaching, strategic change, workplace culture transformation, and community collaboration. David has significant experience in the nonprofit sector, and he is highly skilled in troubleshooting organization challenges, facilitating change, culture transformation, and earned revenue development. He is a Certified Professional Coach, holds a Master of Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University, and is a second-year doctoral student in the Doctorate in Organization Development and Change program at BGSU. He teaches entrepreneurship and business at Georgia Southern University.
Bill is a Magnetic Workplace facilitator and Valuing People specialist – working with people from across the organization to create and sustain workplaces that draw people to them and keep them there. He is an experienced, innovative management consultant focused on developing and leveraging organizational strengths, as well as engaging people so they can make meaningful, important contributions to the places they work.
Annie Severson is an Organization Development and Change Management Consultant. Key focus areas include change management, relational leadership, strategic planning, organizational design, team building, post-merger integration, and program development. Community, connection, creativity, and courage drive her desire to support organizations, teams, and leaders. Annie has 20+ years of experience in the public and private sectors as an accomplished leader, innovator, and change agent. She believes in a human-centered approach to transformational change. Her energy, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness are her trademark skills when working with teams and leaders. Annie holds a Master’s in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Prosci® certified Train-the-Trainer and Change Management Practitioner.
